Time-based promotions
Fill your quietest hours with more stamps, more points, or an extra perk on the days and times you choose.

What it is
Every business has hours when few people come in. With time-based promotions, you give your customers a reason to visit you right at those moments: the benefit only applies on the days and hours you set up.
How it works
-
You create the promotion. You give it a clear name, for example “Double Stamp Tuesday”.
-
You choose the benefit. Multiply purchase stamps or points, add extra points, give a discount, or deliver a redeemable reward.
-
You define when it is valid. You mark the days of the week and the active hours. You can also limit it to a date range or require a minimum purchase amount.
-
Your customer buys within the time frame. When recording the purchase, the promotion applies automatically if its conditions are met. Outside of that schedule, the purchase counts normally.

Ways to fill your slow hours
-
Multiply the stamps: every purchase during that time is worth double or triple on the stamp card, so your customers reach their reward sooner.
-
More points: multiply purchase points or add fixed extra points during those hours.
-
Require a minimum amount: the benefit applies only if the purchase reaches a certain amount, so that besides coming in, they spend a little more.
-
Redeem only at certain times: limit the days and hours when your stamp card reward can be redeemed, so your customers come back at those times to use it.

Benefits
-
More traffic when you need it most: distribute your customers better throughout the week.
-
You make the rules: days, schedule, dates, and minimum amount, each one optional.
-
No manual calculations: the promotion applies automatically when recording the purchase within the time frame.
-
Clear for your customers: they see the promotion along with its days and hours.

Frequently asked questions
Can the schedule go past midnight?
Yes. You can set a schedule like 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and the promotion applies across that entire span.
What time is taken into account?
Your business’s local time.
Can I have multiple promotions with different schedules?
Yes. For example, double stamps on Tuesday afternoons and extra points on Thursday mornings.
What happens to purchases outside of the schedule?
They count normally: they add their stamp or points, but without the promotion benefit.
