What it is

The classic stamp card, but on your customers’ phones. Every purchase adds a stamp, and once they reach the goal, the customer earns the reward you defined. No paper cards to lose and no stamps that can be copied.

How it works

1. Set up your card. You choose how many purchases make up the card and what reward the customer receives upon completing it.
2. The customer makes a purchase and their stamp is recorded. Your team scans the customer’s QR code at the time of purchase.

3. They reach the goal and earn the reward. When they complete the card, the reward is added to their account as a coupon to use on their next visit.
4. They redeem it at your business. Your team confirms the redemption at the point of sale, and the coupon is marked as used.

• Progressive: the reward is earned every set number of purchases without the card resetting.

Yes. You can set a minimum amount for a purchase to count toward a stamp. Purchases below that amount do not count.

Do rewards expire?

You decide whether a reward has an expiration date or never expires. You can also limit the days and times when it can be redeemed.

What happens if I need to pause my program?

You can pause it whenever you want. While it is paused, no stamps or rewards are recorded, and your customers keep all their progress for when you reactivate it.
